Devotional
So, beloved, reflecting on the true value in Christ; the essence of Paul’s message in Philippians 3 is the realization that all worldly achievements and possessions are transient. They cannot provide lasting fulfillment or eternal significance. Only in Christ do we find true worth and purpose. Reflect on the areas in your life where you may be placing undue importance on temporal achievements. How can you reorient your priorities to focus more on your relationship with Christ?
Key Scripture
But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ.Philippians 3:7-8 (NIV)
