Beloved, we live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with worries about the future and regrets about the past, Jesus invites us to live one day at a time, trusting in His provision and presence. This call is beautifully captured in Matthew 6:34, where Jesus says,

Refreshing for the Day
Living one day at a time with Jesus means embracing the present moment, acknowledging that today is a gift from God. Lamentation 3:22-23 reminds us, “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” So, each day, God extends His mercies anew, offering us a fresh start and the grace to face whatever comes our way. Stay Refreshed!

Prayer
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of this day, for Your unfailing love, and for the new mercies You provide each morning. Teach us to live one day at a time. Help us to let go of our worries about the future and our regrets about the past. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
