Beloved, are you wearied and heavy troubled? Do you find yourself in a problem that you just don’t know how to solve? Maybe there’s something in your past when you remember, it gives you sleepless night. So, what if I told you that your help has come? He’s Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saior. He has all the answers you’re looking for. He said in Matthew 11:28-29,

Refreshing for the Day
When we’re overwhelmed by life’s challenges that we can’t help, Jesus is the answer. Jesus is our present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). He’s the rest we need. He’ll be there to help us, love us and guide us through every single challenge we face in life (Psalm 145:18) Stay Refreshed!
