Devotional
It’s important we understand our true position in life. As children of God, our identity in Christ Jesus has placed upon us an indelible seal of ownership and mark of exemption. That seal or mark is a kind of [spiritual] endorsement which shows ownership, and it means your life isn’t your own; it belongs to God.
As “God’s Own”, with God’s seal of ownership upon your life, anything that affects or hurts you matters to God. any person or people who attempts to intrude into your life and affairs with the intention of hurting you, does so at their detriment.
Key Scripture
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, GOD’S SPECIAL POSSESSION…1 Peter 2:9 NIV
Refreshing for the Day
As “God’s Own”, God is eternally committed and unwaveringly responsible to addressing your issues.
Any wonder in Psalm 91:11-12, God affirms “He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways, and they shall bear you up in their hands, lest you strike your foot against a stone”. What this means is that, your life, the lives of all your family members and everything that concerns you, including your security is in God’s hand. For He’s sent His angels to monitor and protect you 24/7. Wow…what a privilege!
So Beloved, worry not, continue to wax strong in the Lord, know that God has not brought you this far to leave you. He’s eternally committed to see you succeed, despite the hurdles of life. Stay Lifted!
