Devotional
Every investor looks forward to a bountiful profit. No investor would want to lose his investment. We’re God’s investment and He’s particularly interested in us. He has invested so much in us and He wants us to live a profitable life for Him. As every investment is for a purpose, God created us to be fruitful, to be profitable. But when we’re not useful we’re wasteful.
Key Scripture
But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.Isaiah 43:1 NKJV
Refreshing for the Day
God did not create us for nothing; He actually created us for something—to be fruitful and useful for Him.
Beloved, God invested so much in you so that you can have life. He wakes you up every day so that you can live for Him. He gave you bread so that you can have the strength to live and fulfill His will. He invested so much in your brain so that you can think well, and be useful for Him. He created you in His own image so that you can replicate Him here earth, He gave you his only begotten son to die for your sin so that you can have salvation (John 3:16).
So I ask, are you fruitful and profitable for God? If yes, congratulations. If not yet; what are you waiting for? God has given you all the necessary resources needed to fulfill the reasons for your existence. It is therefore left to you, to look within you and tap into the pool of abundant resources He has loaded you with. Stay Lifted!
