Devotional
Many things around you considered to be great cannot be compared to the greater things God is about to do in your life. Talking about the ‘best’, we are referring to the ‘good, pleasing and perfect will’ of God, which is to make all of us conform to the image of Christ (Romans 12:2, 8:28-30). Whatever best you consider that wouldn’t make you conform to the image of Christ is null and void.
Key Scripture
…What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” — the things God has prepared for those who love him,1 Corinthians 2:9 NIV
Refreshing for the Day
God won’t stop in finishing what He started in us.
Beloved, know it that God’s best is yet to come, but only to those who loves God and are in Christ. For the Scripture says that “all things work together for good” only “to those who love God, and to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28). There are certain conditions that must be met in order to activate the said “best” in your life.
In other words, for you to trigger and see the very best of all that God has in stock for you, you must follow the Romans 12:2 principles which says; we must not conform to the pattern of this world; and we must be transformed by the renewing of our minds. So, are you in Christ? Are you in love with God? If yes, then grab a hold of the promise – your best is yet to come. Stay Focused!
