Devotional
Sometimes, we let things and the circumstances to limit us. We ignorantly discount ourselves and the greatness God put inside us. And for so long this established mindset is significantly reducing us to a common place. To the extent that we’re becoming so comfortable being a mediocre and too shy to engage our potentials towards fulfilling our purpose in life. But suddenly, there is one thing we fail to understand—that we were made for more. Any wonder the Psalmist declared,
Key Scripture
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.Psalm 139:13-14 ESV
Refreshing for the Day
So, beloved, maybe you have allowed things and circumstances and even people to limit you, over what they did or what they didn’t give you, and now you’re stuck in a place. But I’ll tell you this for free– you were made for more. You might know many things, but what you don’t know is that you’re not limited by what people didn’t give you. You’re not limited by your situations nor difficulties, because you’re fearfully and wonderfully made. God knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb (Jer 1:5). God knows how to bring you in. He knows how to cause the gifts He put in you to come out, and how to make you shine. So, put your trust in Him and He will cause you go to further in life and accomplish dreams bigger than you imagined. Stay Refreshed!
