Key Scripture
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.3 John 1:2 (NIV)
Refreshing for the Day
So, we must recognize that a healthy body and mind contribute to overall well-being. This includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, sufficient sleep, prayer, and stress management. Establish clear boundaries to protect your well-being. Avoid overloading yourself with unrealistic demands that could lead to burnout. This involves knowing your limits and communicating them to others. Learn to say no when necessary and prioritize activities that align with your goals and values. Stay Refreshed!
Note This
Prioritizing well-being is not a luxury but a necessity for maintaining good mental, emotional and spiritual health.
