The Oil That Flows in Secret
Message
The secret place is where the deepest intimacy with God is birthed. It is not found in the noise of the crowd, nor in the applause of men, but in the quiet corners where your heart meets His. In the secret place, roots grow deep, oil flows fresh, and strength is renewed. Jesus taught us that prayer is not a performance for others, but a personal encounter with the Father (Matthew 6:6). The secret place is not about location but posture—it is the hidden life of communion where Heaven pours oil into vessels that wait. This oil sustains you when the storms rage, empowers you when battles come, and prepares you for the Bridegroom’s arrival.

Oil is symbolic of the Holy Spirit’s presence, anointing, and empowerment. And this oil flows most richly in the secret place. In 2 Kings 4:2–6, the widow’s little jar of oil multiplied behind closed doors. It didn’t flow in the marketplace or the synagogue—it flowed in her house, in secret. The same principle applies today: the oil of God flows in hidden surrender before it manifests in public power. Many want the oil without the altar. But without the altar of intimacy, the oil dries up.

Beloved, the secret place is where your vessel is filled, your spirit refreshed, and your lamp trimmed with fresh fire. It’s not about length of prayer but depth of encounter. Five minutes of raw, yielded prayer can fill you with more oil than hours of distracted words. Stay long enough in His presence until the oil begins to flow. Fresh oil is released in the hidden place of intimacy. Stay Refreshed!
