God Hides Who He Wants to Use
Message
In hidden places, God prepares powerful people. This devotional series is for those in quiet, unseen seasons—where God is shaping them with fire. You may feel forgotten, but you’re in the furnace where revivalists are made.
Devotional
Before Moses confronted Pharaoh… Before the miracles, plagues, and parted seas… He was hidden. Forgotten. Isolated. Tending sheep on the backside of a desert. God didn’t lose Moses—He hid him. This is the mysterious way of Heaven: Before God uses a man publicly, He shapes him privately. Before He gives influence, He cultivates intimacy. Before He ignites a movement, He builds an altar in the wilderness. For forty years, Moses walked unknown terrain. No spotlight. No affirmation. No signs of destiny. But in that hidden place, God was peeling back Egypt, building brokenness, and preparing a revivalist.
Scripture Reading
Exodus 2:15 – “Moses fled… and lived in Midian.” Luke 1:80 – “John grew and became strong in spirit; and he lived in the wilderness…”
Refreshing for the Day
So, beloved, will you embrace the furnace where no one sees but Heaven? You may feel forgotten—but you’ve actually been trusted with obscurity. God hides those He’s jealous for. Hiddenness isn’t punishment. It’s process. It’s fire. It’s where revivalists are made. You’re not behind. You’re being built. Let the wilderness do its work. Let God shape your heart before He releases your voice. Stay Refreshed!
Note This
Hiddenness is not delay—it’s divine design.
Responsibility
Reflect on the areas in your life that feel hidden or overlooked.
Surrender them afresh and ask God: “What are You forming in me here?”
Pause in His presence
Prayer
Father, I yield to Your process. Even when no one sees, You are shaping me. I won’t rush the season—I’ll embrace the hidden fire that forms me for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Carry this with you
Prophetic Declaration
I am not forgotten—I am hidden by God! I am being formed in the fire. When the time comes, I will rise—not in ambition, but in anointing! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
