Devotional

So, in our surrender, we find peace. It is a surrender that acknowledges God’s sovereignty over our lives and affirms His goodness. Just as a potter molds clay into a vessel, God shapes our lives with purpose and intention. When we release our plans, fears, and doubts into God’s capable hands, we make room for His transformative work. Consider the life of Joseph in the Old Testament. His journey was filled with challenges, betrayal, and unforeseen circumstances. Yet, through it all, Joseph surrendered to God’s plan. In Genesis 50:20, Joseph says to his brothers,

Key Scripture

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
Genesis 50:20 (NIV)
