Devotional
Sometimes we judge our life by the season we are in, but the truth is, no matter how slow, unfair, and discouraging our season is, it’s just a season and not the rest of our life. So, we should not allow the taste of one season to sour the rest of our life. So, the Bible says in Psalm 30:5,
Key Scripture
…Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.Psalm 30:5 NLT
Refreshing for the Day
Beloved, I am not disputing the fact that sorrow and disappointment may come, yes, there may be time for mourning, but we don’t have to go for the rest of our lifetime mourning and being sorrowful. People may overlook you, but God sees you. They may push you down, and God will lift you up. They mistreat you and do you wrong, but God will make it right with you. Though it’s not fair how they overlooked you, pushed you down, mistreated you, but they all happened in a season. Know it that, people don’t have the final say, only God has the final say.
So, no matter how you feel, and what you have gone through in life, remember you don’t have to allow the mess of a season to ruin the rest of your life. Just move on, go ahead serving God by your life, I tell you, God will give you favor for your ashes. And sooner than you know it, He will lift you higher beyond your imagination. Stay Refreshed!
