Another character we develop when we take one step at a time with God is diligence. Diligence is a key component to walking with God. It simply means following God’s instructions, how and when He instructs you to. If God askes you to take two steps to the right, do just that. If you take one step or three steps or even go anywhere else but right, you have missed it and may miss out on a very unique opportunity He has presented to you.

Refreshing for the Day
When we consistently and diligently follow God, we will reap the reward in due season. Do not grow weary in following God step by step. It may not make complete sense because you don’t have the full picture but keep at it. It may be tiresome, but do not give up. Keep walking with Him. Keep following His instructions one step at a time and as sure as the covenant of night and day is, you will reap the reward of your labor. You will Stand before Kings, you will not stand before mere men. Stay Refreshed and Happy New Month!
