Beloved, I want to share with you today about a very important and time sensitive subject “Oh Lord, teach me to number my days.” You see, in the hustle and bustle of our lives, it’s easy to become consumed by the immediate demands and distractions that surround us. We often find ourselves chasing after worldly pursuits, forgetting the precious gift of time that we’ve been granted. And, in the midst of this frenzy and agitation, the words of Psalm 90:12 gently call out to us:

Refreshing for the Day
So, the psalmist’s plea is a profound reminder of the brevity and fragility of our existence. Like a fleeting vapor, our days pass by quickly, leaving behind imprints on the canvas of history. Each moment is a unique opportunity to embrace, cherish, and make a difference in the lives of others and in our relationship with God. But to do so, we must learn the art of numbering our days. Numbering our days encourages us to live intentionally. It teaches us to approach each day purposefully and embracing opportunities to make a positive impact.
