Devotional
God’s help is not limited to a select few; it is extended to anyone who approaches Him with humility, faith, and a genuine desire for His presence and guidance in their lives. To the needy, the poor and him who has no helper; the Lord will deliver them when they call on Him (Psalm 72:12). To the Humble and Contrite, the weary and burdened, God will never despise nor abandon. For the Lord says in Isaiah 57:15,
Key Scripture
I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.Isaiah 57:15 (NIV)
Refreshing for the Day
And in Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Stay Refreshed!
