A New Year Anchored in God’s Hope
Devotional
The beginning of a new year often stirs hope—hope for change, growth, healing, and new opportunities. But human hope can fade when circumstances don’t go as planned. God offers a different kind of hope. Romans 5:5 tells us that hope in God does not disappoint. This means it does not fail, collapse, or leave us ashamed. God’s hope is not based on perfect conditions; it is rooted in His faithful character.
