We’re all desperately seeking for what will truly satisfy our hearts. We’ve made friends thinking it’s found in a person, many have travelled round the world thinking it could be found in places, some have spent fortunes in mansions, bought luxury cars, golds and jewelries, yet these things could not satisfy our heart. But the hard truth is that we will never find relief if we continue to seek it through possessions, places or through people. God alone can satisfy our deepest satisfaction and longings.

Refreshing for the Day
Beloved, if you are lonely or thirsty for something lasting in your life, run to God, for He alone can satisfy your deepest longings! Seeking satisfaction in the things of this world is like chasing the wind. Once you’re finally exhausted and weary from your pursuit, you’re left empty-handed, disappointed and dissatisfied. For without God, we’re always eating, but famished; always drinking, but never satisfied. But with Him and in Him, we’re completely satisfied (John 6:35). Stay Lifted!
