Devotional
Yet again, beloved, fixing our eyes on Jesus means trusting in His sovereignty. When we fix our eyes on Jesus, we are reminded of His authority, dominion, and sovereignty over all things. Jesus is in control, even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. Trusting in His sovereignty enables us to surrender our fears and anxieties, knowing that He holds the future in His hands.
Key Scripture
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
