Successively, beloved, another great way you can find rest in Christ is to practice faith. Cultivate faith in God’s promises and His faithfulness (Heb. 11:1). Remember His past faithfulness in your life and trust that He will continue to sustain you through every trial and challenge. Yet again, learn to rest in the grace of God. Embrace the truth of God’s unmerited favor and grace in life. Recognize that you do not need to earn His love or approval but simply receive it as a gift.

Then grow to live in the present moment. Avoid dwelling on past regrets or worrying about the future (Matt 6:34). Instead, focus on living fully in the present moment, trusting that God is with you here and now, providing the strength and grace you need for each day. Stay Refreshed!
