Devotional
So, beloved, in conclusion, one ultimate point we shall reflect on even as we seek to find guidance and security in Jesus is to “Trust in His sovereignty” (Isaiah 55:8-9) Trusting in Jesus’ sovereignty involves surrendering our need for control and placing our faith in His perfect plan. It requires humility to recognize that His ways may not always align with our own expectations or desires. Yet, in relinquishing our will to His, we find freedom and security in His unfailing love and wisdom.
Key Scripture
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.Isaiah 55:8-9 (NIV)
