Devotional
So, beloved, another sure attitude we must grow so we don’t get tired of life is to cultivate gratitude. You see, amidst the hardships, it’s easy to focus on what we lack or what has gone wrong. However, gratitude shifts our perspective and allows us to recognize the blessings surrounding us. The apostle Paul in his epistle to the Thessalonians, he encouraged thus,
Key Scripture
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.1 Thessalonians 5:18 NIV
Refreshing for the Day
So, dearly beloved, each day, take time to thank the Lord for the gift of life, the love of family and friends, and the lessons learned through trials. Count your blessings one by one and you will see great and many things God has done for you (Psalm 103:2-5). And you will find the reasons to be more grateful. Stay Refreshed!
Note This
Gratitude replenishes our spirit and invigorates us with the strength to keep pressing forward.
Responsibility
So, don’t let life troubles and challenges becloud your sense of gratitude. Know that gratitude shapes our attitude.
