Devotional

Consequently, beloved, a sure way we can discover peace in the arms of God is through prayer. Spending time in prayer and meditation on God’s Word helps us to cultivate a deeper intimacy with Christ. It is in these moments of communion with Him that we experience His peace permeating every area of our lives. As we draw near to Him, He draws near to us, enveloping us in His love and peace.

Key Scripture

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Matthew 11:28-30 (NIV)
