Devotional
Again, beloved, another great step in learning to trust the Lord with our concerns is to trust His timing and ways. You see, it’s important we remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways, and His timing is perfect. When we cast our cares on Him, we trust that He knows what’s best for us and that His plans for our lives are good.
Key Scripture
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
Refreshing for the Day
Trusting God’s timing requires patience and perseverance. His timing and ways often serve an eternal purpose that we may not comprehend in the present. Even the answers to our prayers have timing. When they don’t come immediately or in the way we expect, we can have confidence that God is working all things for our good (Romans 8:28). Stay Refreshed!
Note This
God’s timing is never random, it’s divine. Every event in our lives aligns with His divine plan and purpose.
