Devotional
So, beloved, when we come to Jesus with our wounds, we encounter His deep and compassionate love. He heals us and make us whole. Jesus is not a distant God but a loving Savior who understands our pain. He, too, experienced suffering during His earthly life and can relate to our struggles.
Key Scripture
Surely, He took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered Him punished by God, stricken by Him, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions; He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds, we are healed.Isaiah 53:4-5 (NIV)
Refreshing for the Day
